In actual network, due to the widespread application of input power system some new equipment operation and a large number of power electronic devices, power is distorted by the impact, direct impact to users, and for the safe operation of power grids pose a threat. Variable frequency power supply as the core device itself is inverter, inevitably will bring such harmonic of power quality problems and therefore the runtime monitoring, plays an important role in the realization of variable frequency power supply of electric energy quality.This paper designs a kind of variable frequency power supply DSP power quality monitoring and data analysis system based on the existing basis, signal acquisition front-end circuit, implemented in TMS320F2812DSP harmonic of each node data of 3 OKVA frequency conversion power acquisition experimental platform of the analysis, and through the communication part front-end circuit collected voltage signal upload to the host computer, by SVM (support vector machine) of variable frequency power supply voltage signal denoising processing. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) refer to a large number of literature, on the basis of research background, selects the FFT algorithm for harmonic analysis algorithm, set the sampling frequency is 128 points; the selected support vector machine regression as the data analysis algorithm.(2) the paper was based on the signal acquisition front-end circuit, designed the DSP power quality monitoring system based on. On the aspect of hardware, the paper puts forward the overall scheme of the system, the RS232 communication interface design, with RS232 USB to achieve DSP communication with the host computer; software, achieved a 128 point FFT algorithm and the interruption of communication design of S control CI transceiver.(3) the use of design data acquisition device voltage variable frequency power supply experimental platform of each node and harmonic calculation. Acquisition of variable frequency source is included in the EMI input, frequency converter, transformer, filter input input input input voltage signal, the load of each node and harmonic and harmonic calculation, data and MATLAB simulation and instrument measurement were compared, verify the correctness of the monitoring device and the feasibility of the system.(4) for the FFT problem of noise sensitive, established by SVM voltage signal frequency conversion power supply model, through the reduction effect on the learning sample noise information system, achieve the goal of reducing the noise.The system realize the variable frequency power supply harmonic real-time monitoring, experimental results show that, the application effect of this system is good, has the good use value.
