Research On Transformer On-line Monitoring And Fault Diagnosis Technology

With the rapid development of power system, the demand on supply reliability is increasing rapidly. The demand on the economic, safe operation and reliability of the power transformers which is the most important electrical equipment in the system is also increasing rapidly. We must vigorously develop online testing methods and intelligent fault diagnosis strategy in order to adapt to the requirements of the power system. Application of the online testing technology and intelligent fault diagnosis techniques can greatly improve the safety and reliability of the power transformers, extend the life of the power transformers and improve their utilization. So the the previous maintenance system has gradually been replaced with the of the maintenance system on the state of the online monitoring and fault diagnosis technology.Based on the introduce of the charged detection and on-line monitoring technology widely used on the current, and several cases of transformer fault diagnosis analysis interpretation, and further elaborated in transformer fault diagnosis how to use the application of online detection technology and other technical means for analysing the type, fault location and fault development trend, and summarize experience from the case,and provide reference for later engineering application.This paper conducted a preliminary study based on the above problem. The online testing technology and the troubleshooting methods was researched combined with on-site work experience to sum up a methodology for the online testing.This method was tested in many other site,have achieved good application effect,shows that this method has a certain practical application.
