Research Of Warning Management For Power Transmission Project Based Or The Fault Tree Analysis

In recent years, China has gradually accelerated the construction of urbanization, the demand for power has increased year by year. The power transmission project failure brought interrupt and instability, will directly affect the economic development, industrial production, public traffic operation, and people’s life of surface. Especially in the power supply security during the sudden accident, will cause immeasurable social and political impact. The demand for large-scale power and power of security needs to accelerate the pace of development of power transmission project. However, due to the power transmission project operation risk origin is complex and not easy to control, there is a possibility of large area blackout. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a set of perfect transmission project safety early warning system to prevent the occurrence of large area blackout, and ensure the safety of power supply.At first, this paper reviews about the safety early warning management research status and development trend. Then, the paper introduced the relevant security management and early warning theory. A brief analysis of the face in China’s current power transmission project operation process includes four kinds of threats of natural disasters, equipment failure, personnel, and other factors, referring to the accident data in recent 5 years. Introducing fault tree analysis method, fault tree model is established for five influential accident. Through the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, verification of accident tree analysis method to find out the root causes of the incident, prevention effectiveness of emergent events. Using accident tree analysis results from four aspects of the grid, the personnel, the environment, the equipment of power transmission project early warning index system is established, and the construction of the power transmission and transformation project safety state evaluation scheme. Finally, through the empirical analysis, the practicability of the early warning model is verified, and the constructive suggestion is put forward for the project safety early warning management. Provide reference for the relevant departments in strengthening the power supply security warning management.
