With the energy crisis and environmental pollution is worsening, wind power as a renewable clean energy generation, wind power more and more attention around the world. In China, the construction of wind farms are usually located in remote areas of the huge, difficult to maintain, and perennial affected by the cold summer and harsh environments, such as the vagaries of temperature, sudden rainstorm, which can affect the normal operation of the wind turbine, for wind farm construction of geographical environment and adverse weather conditions, such as maintenance and repair is difficult, this paper can be used to design a wind turbine vibration monitoring network system. The system allows the wind turbine maintenance and repair mode shift from the traditional "regular maintenance" and "Troubleshooting" for real-time online monitoring network system.Wind turbine monitoring technology involves a wider content, the paper mechanical vibrations of wind turbines running rolling bearings mainly study a targeted monitoring system. On the basis of the basic structure of the common faults of wind turbines on a detailed analysis to explain the overall block diagram of the wind turbine vibration monitoring network system, designed a set of effective vibration monitoring network system. The system includes wind turbines each measuring point vibration signal acquisition and signal transmission to the wind power plant LAN server, written by the server-side database storage. All clients within the wind power plant can be viewed via the LAN server vibration signal raw data, the signal for various transform analysis, analysis methods include time-domain analysis, frequency domain analysis, power spectrum analysis, the spectrum analysis, DEA and the EMD and the users of the system is divided into three levels according to the level of (ordinary users, system administrators, advanced users), each of the functions of the system-level user actions vary on the basis of the system of the client, the server software design made detail.
