In order to ensure power system stability, safe operation, you need a good grounding qualified network. Important parameters include grounding resistance of grounding grid, step and touch voltages, are important factors affecting the substation grounding grid security, grounding resistance in the analysis, the calculation of step and touch voltages and influence the process, focusing on the application of substation ground grid of vertical grounding resistance reduction method of in-depth research to get the best increase vertical grounding resistance reduction methods. This paper combines the research progress at home and abroad, and on the impact of the substation grounding grid network data safety grounding, grounding resistance, contact voltage, step voltage computing and influencing factors are analyzed, specifically divided into the following sections.1 Ground parameters a substation ground network has reached a grounding code req uirements, technical and economic indicators of whether science, depending on whether t he correct approach to network design.
