Gansu Hexi region will be due to the adequate lighting, stronger solar radiation, and photovoltaic power industry has obvious advantages. As of May 2014, Gansu grid PV installed capacity of 4448400 kilowatts, ranked first in the country. Photovoltaic power generation is affected by weather conditions, and the output is a stochastic volatility, with the further expansion of capacity in Gansu photovoltaic installed, effects of large-scale photovoltaic power station access of Gansu Power Network is more and more big. How to determine the access system of large capacity photovoltaic power station, and analyze the adaptability and stability of the access network of Gansu is the important research project.In this paper, a demonstration of the access system of the Gansu Shenzhou Jiayuguan four phase photovoltaic power station, the in-depth analysis of the status quo, Jiajiu area power grid development and consumptive ability, the scheme of the access system for photovoltaic power station is proposed. Through the PSASP power system analysis software developed by the Chinese Power Research Institute, the corresponding data platform is set up, then calculated and analyzed the power flow of the 110kV power grid, power quality and voltage stability of power network in the area of the photovoltaic power station. Proposed PV power plant system access point, booster station construction program and line conductor type selection.Through the above technical and economic contrast analysis, because the Huang Caoying industrial load power supply system mostly, electricity load imbalance, in favor of new energy consumption. Therefore, the recommended program of the Shenzhou four, five phase of the photovoltaic power station and the Jiayuguan photovoltaic power station to send the bundle with a 110kV line access Huang Caoying transformer.
