Distributed photovoltaic power layout flexible,can make full use of the existing land resources,construction and plant roof resources and other conditions,the state has introduced a series of policies and measures to support the healthy development of photovoltaic industry.On the one hand,in order to give full play to the investment benefit of distributed photovoltaic power,hope that its large capacity access to the distribution network;the other hand,if the distributed photovoltaic power access capacity is too large,may lead to power generation to the higher power grid inverted,is not conducive to system stability.In some engineering applications,for a known grid structure and load conditions of the distribution network,the need to determine the distribution of distributed photovoltaic power capacity of each node."photovoltaic power plant access grid technology" provides the distribution network of the total installed capacity of photovoltaic power.However,how to determine the distributed photovoltaic power access capacity of each node of the distribution network,how to improve the distributed photovoltaic power access capacity,and no relevant provisions.Distributed photovoltaic power access network,will affect the distribution network load factor,distributed photovoltaic power access capacity how to affect the distribution network load rate,how to improve the distribution network load factor,is a need solved problem.In this paper,by considering the correlation between distributed photovoltaic power and load,the concept and calculation method of photovoltaic power local consumptive capability index are put forward,and the distributed photovoltaic power capacity model is constructed and solved by intelligent algorithm.An evaluation method of distribution network load rate with distributed photovoltaic power is designed.In general,the main work of this paper includes the following contents:Firstly,the output characteristics of the distributed photovoltaic power and the load characteristics of the distribution network are analyzed,and the initial correlation matrix is constructed.The relationship between the distributed photovoltaic power and the distribution network is analyzed.Based on the output power model of distributed photovoltaic power and the load model of distribution network,the initial correlation sample matrix is constructed by using the correlation coefficient and the correlation coefficient matrix.Secondly,the concept and calculation method of the photovoltaic power lacal consumptive capability index are put forward.The improved correlation matrix is constructed and the intelligent model is used to solve the planning model.The access capacity of distributed photovoltaic power is studied under the condition that the structure and operation condition of distribution network are known.Based on the analysis of the historical data of the distribution grid structure and the load of each node,the initial value of the access location and the access capacity of the distributed photovoltaic power source are set,and the initial correlation sample matrix is constructed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of local consumption of distributed photovoltaic power,the concept and calculation method of the photovoltaic power lacal consumptive capability index are put forward,and an improved correlation sample matrix is constructed.To the system to the distribution network transmission power as the minimum objective function,The node model is established,which is the main constraint model of node voltage and distribution network.The model is solved by using the pre-push back-generation trend algorithm and the annealing algorithm.Thirdly,the influence of the access capacity of the distributed photovoltaic power on the load distribution of the distribution network is quantitatively analyzed.A method of evaluating the load distribution of distribution network with distributed photovoltaic power is designed.Based on the analysis of distribution load,four kinds of distributed photovoltaic power capacity scenarios were designed,and the influence of distributed photovoltaic power capacity on distribution rate was analyzed quantitatively.Considering the characteristics of the distributed photovoltaic power output period and the distribution network as the distributed photovoltaic power supply reserve two factors,a method of evaluating the load rate of a distribution network with distributed photovoltaic power is designed.This paper focuses on the access capacity of distributed photovoltaic power.The proposed photovoltaic power lacal consumptive capability index can be used to analyze the local consumption capacity of distributed photovoltaic power.The use of photovoltaic power lacal consumptive capability index design of the relevant access program,can improve the distributed photovoltaic power capacity.The load rate evaluation method of distribution network with distributed photovoltaic power can be used to evaluate the load rate of distribution network more objectively and accurately.
