Since the twentieth century, with the rapid economic development and enhance the awareness of environmental protection, people living in residential indoor environmental requirements also rising. Residential bathroom odor problem is affecting people living environment, it’s one of the main factors of comfort, while potty toilet use people’s daily lives is one of the major sources of residential toilet odor generation, so how to control and resolve bathroom toilet odor distribute,and meet the needs of the people in favor of the use of people living environment comfortable. This paper measures for residential toilet odor pollution problems to solve, mainly on the inside of the toilet bowl will stink for local control, to avoid the odor inside the toilet bowl will be distributed environment, in order to improve air quality in residential bathroom, through the toilet seat to add local exhaust ventilation system transformation, so as to achieve collect odors, deodorizing processing purposes and then discharged.In this paper, we choose the toilet bowl ventilation frequency of 820 cycles / hour, based on the toilet bowl has a volume of about 8.8L, to determine the amount of local exhaust toilet bowl will. The use of computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT local exhaust ventilation port speed, size, opening angle and opening location to simulate a comparative study. The results show that:(1)In this paper, the Rhino software to complete the establishment of a physical model, and make sat format with the commercial CFD software data exchange; the successful completion of this article attempts to simulate and provide reference for simulation experiments.(2) In the selection of exhaust 820 times / hour; when someone uses, and will cover an area of accounting for the toilet bowl with the 86.6% outside communication port area.The simulation results show that when local exhaust port side exhaust, in the selection of local exhaust ventilation port speed of 1.2m / s and size 0.066?0.025 m or wind speed of 1.0 m / s, a size of 0.066?0.030 m, an opening angle of 45 °, to better control of pollution gases circulated and meet people use.(3) In the selection of exhaust 820 times / hour; when someone uses, and will cover an area of accounting for the toilet bowl with the 86.6% outside communication port area, On the exhaust velocity of 1.2m / s and size 0.066?0.025 m local air vents, two exhaust velocity of 1.2m/s and the size of 0.066?0.0125 m of air vents they are arranged in the toilet bowl two side simulation; this local exhaust port layout for the toilet bowl opening surface wind speed will affect smaller plane; when the opening angle of 30 ° ~ 60 °, the toilet bowl they wind speed flat opening of each measuring point are lower than 0.11m/s; but poor exhaust effect.(4) In the selection of exhaust 820 times / hour; when someone uses, and will cover an area of accounting for the toilet bowl with the 86.6% outside communication port area, and on the toilet seat when heightening leave a height of 1cm gap. The results showed that: use local exhaust port side exhaust velocity of 1.2m/s and size 0.066?0.025 m, opening angle of 45 °, the opening of the toilet bowl will affect smaller flat surface wind speed, and the exhaust effect better.
