Research On Three-Dimensional Modeling And Printing Technology Of The Wind Turbine Model

In recent years, the wind turbine installed capacity increased year by year. Wind power generation technology had developed rapidly and improved gradually, so did the three-dimensional technology. Three-dimensional modeling technology had been widely used in research and design in various fields, three-dimensional printing technology was also used in many fields. And 3D printer had been used to manufacture disposable products and models. The three-dimensional technology was applied on wind turbines possessing enlightening significance. The main work and conclusions are as follows:1、The model of wind turbine were established through the 3D modeling technology after its parts had been build. It has a certain academic reference significance.2、The physical object of wind turbine components were got based on 3D printing technology. The physical model of wind turbine realizes the unidirectional rotation of the pitch, yaw and wheel, which was assembled from the components. And it helps us to understand the structure and working principle of wind turbine more intuitive and clearly.3、Some problems that appeared in the process of printing and its relevant solutions were summarized. The problems mainly include four aspects, such as the distribution of the models in the substrate, the characteristics of the model, the model itself and consumables, etc., and relevant solutions were put forward which has a certain practical reference value.
