Hubei grid locates in the central position of power grid, shoulder the transmission duty of Three Gorges, northwest wind power and UHV. But occasionally large-scale fluctuations in long-distance transmission will carry out great difficulties for the dispatching of Hubei grid. Therefore, it is necessary for Hubei to optimize the allocation of resources, and achieve the goal of the maximize absorption of clean energy. Multilevel coordination optimization dispatching models will be proposed in this thesis.First, in order to facilitate the construction and solving scheduling model, the current dispatching model and the corresponding optimization algorithms are reviewed in this thesis. Summarized the factors that needed to be considered optimal, include load forecasting, respectively, unit commitment, power distribution, hydrothermal coordination, security constraints, and environmental issues. Construct multi-level coordination of optimal dispatching model, which is the premise of safety, economy, energy, environmental protection as optimization objectives,in order to the reasonable allocation of local resources and the clean energy absorption.Secondly, on the basis of the parameters required to build multi-level coordination optimization dispatching model is analyzed. The first is to analyze the load characteristics and the feature of contact line, dig out the existence of seasons, highlights the pressure of ability to adjustment which Hubei grid faced in wet season. And the second, reduce unnecessary reserve capacity according to analyze fluctuation range of the contact line. Third, for the uncertain wind power, construct the association rules between wind speed and wind power the based on cloud theory, effectively reduce the prediction error caused by mutations in the wind speed. Finally, the alternate analytical methods is proposed, then identify three typical scenarios for warning, enhance the security of the power grid. Finally, construct flexible dispatching optimization model, which optimize the contact line of Three Gorges. At first, the objective function and constraints in different scenarios are analysed, which include models for safety margin, maximum absorption of the Three Gorges and maximum absorption of clean energy; then, based on the result of optimized contact line, the unit output distribution method is proposed to deal with the chang of plan and load, which guarantee justice dispatch by tracking the power and sort; Finally, combine with the actual operation data, demonstrate the validity of the model which is proposed in the thesis.
