In the context of electricity market, this paper focuses on reserve service. It studies the pricing and transaction of reserve. Meanwhile, this paper leads interruptible load into spinning reserve market, forms the integrated spinning reserve market. Then, it researches the realization of integrated spinning reserve market in the framework of smart grid. The study includes the following aspects:The paper analyzes the various costs of reserve service, expounds the errors of load forecasting and the relationship between reserve capacity and power system reliability. Moreover, the paper proposes the profit to cost ratio pricing theory of reserve service on the basis of general pricing mechanism, it can encourage generators in participating in the reserve market and reflect the relationship between the reserve price and reliability.The paper analyzes the transaction models of reserve market which include sequential trading model and simultaneous trading model. On the basis of sequential trading model, a coordination factor is introduced. It can avoid the risk of the increase in reserve total cost, reflect the opportunity loss compensation, and encourage generators in bidding in the market. Moreover, this paper gives the analysis method of coordination factor.The paper expounds the cost and benefit of interruptible load, summarizes the pricing methods of interruptible load, and establishes a model of interruptible load transaction.Moreover, the paper leads the interruptible load into spinning reserve market creatively, forms the integrated spinning reserve market. In the framework of chance constrained programming, it establishes the optimal capacity model of integrated spinning reserve market. Using the utility theory, it achieves the reserve capacity allocation between generation side and demand side. Then, the paper solves the model with particle swarm optimization, establishes the mixed transaction model of integrated spinning reserve market, and realizes the transaction between spinning reserve and interruptible load.At last, the paper expounds the relationship between demand response and smart grid in the framework of smart grid, analyzes the technological base of integrated spinning reserve market in smart grid, and designs the realization form of integrated spinning reserve market. Next, the paper points out the structure and function of the transaction decision support system in smart grid, the system can secure for the intelligent transaction of integrated spinning reserve market.
