Along with the promulgation and implementation of the renewable energy act, the large-scale development and utilization of the renewable energy become a hot topic in the domestic engineering in our country. With the vast coastline, the ocean energy resources are rich. The ocean energy power generation, such as wave energy and currents energy, gradually gets the attention of engineering and academic circles. In the paper, the micro-grid system, which is composed of the distributed generation, is studied by "20kW complementary power generation of wind energy and wave energy" based on marine special funds and "300kW ocean energy integrated power supply system" based on 863 project.Energy management and control technology is the main research content of distributed microgrid system. After the topological structure of the distributed power supply is established, designing the reasonable energy management and control strategy is to utmost guarantee the balance of energy supply and make the system economically and efficiently and safely operate. In the paper, energy management strategy and protection control strategy are studied for the islanded micro-grid. Among them, energy management includes energy scheduling, battery capacity test and voltage type inverter control technology. The strategy by underlying layer scheduling and upper control can not only re energy balance of the micro power grid of the distributed power supply, but also avoid the battery charge and discharge, prolonging the life span of the battery. The equipment protection and line protection are mainly analyzed for protect control. For the micro grid system fault features different from the traditional power system caused by inverter current limiting function, Low voltage protection strategy based on voltage monitoring is proposed.it can achieve low power flow line protection to guarantee the user power supply reliability.Monitoring system is the front of the energy management, this paper first introduces the basic structure of the grid and off-grid system, according to the off-grid system structure using in this project, the paper designs monitoring system and energy management and control system of the integrated power supply system. With LabVIEW programming language, an energy management system software and the preparation of the relevant procedures is designed. It mainly includes data collection and monitoring, energy scheduling, operation control, database module and so on. At last, the paper describes the prototype design and feasibility.
