Responding to the national policy of energy-saving and emission-reduction,it is beneficial for the sustainable development of energy economy in China to introduce the new energy electric generation module to Micro-Grid Electric Generation System.Some remote regions in China have abundant new energy resources,and they are excellent experimental bases to contribute the electric generation with new energy.However,there are some problems to be solved for the generation system under that environment,such as unpredictability and intermittent of new energy,high requirement for energy storage material because of the bad environmental condition,stable cooperation between electric generation module separated with the large grid and stored energy and so on.In this thesis,we take Ali electric power station as the example to establish the Isolated MicroGrid Electric Generation System,and design Energy Management System to solve problems proposed above.Its specific contents include:First,there are some explanations of the structural design typical micro-grid and the settlement of electric generation.On this foundation,a wind-solar-diesel-battery hybrid Micro-Grid combining the actual project background is built,and the models of generation dispatch are built respectively according to different physical characteristics of every electric generation model.The relatively suitable energy storage system is configured under the environment of low temperature and high altitude.The characteristics between lead-acid battery and phosphoric acid iron battery are selectively compared;The matching strategy of new energy and capacity of energy storage system is analyzed;The micro-grid's battery management system and its meaning of active equalization are also introduced.The convert of system is managed by using PCS bidirectional inverter,which can realize seamless switching between connected grid and isolated grid.The stable outputs of frequency and voltage of micro-grid under the isolated grid are guaranteed by using the control method of V/f and the simulation of the actual environment is set using the platform of Matlab/Simulink.The result showed that this scheme is feasibility.Finally,for the optimal economy,the energy dispatching strategy under different models and switch methods among every model are designed based on this scheme.In conclusion,this paper basically realizes the design and application of Micro-Grid Energy Management System under project background.
