| The rapid development of modern economy has accelerated the development of the power industry. As the carrier of the transmission of electricity, the overhead transmission line holds the extremely important status in the transmission line. With the increasing demand of electric power, the transmission line which main componet is traditional steel-cored aluminum strand can not meet the demand. The aluminum conductor composite core(ACCC) can solve this problem as a new wire because of its advantage. However the power grid hasn’t study more at ACCC and we don’t have an intimate knowledge of at its t echnology. So the deeping experiment and study of ACCC has very important significance to the application of this wire to practical grid.This paper deeply studys the structure and properties of ACCC on the basis of summarizing the research status of this wire. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces this wire from the structure and properties of this wire respectively; Secondly, this paper does the deeping experiment and study of ACCC such as experimental study on conductor temperature rise, experimental research on the actual state of the aluminum layer of broken strand, the ampacity of the wire, experimental study of the relationship between temperature and time, experimental study on grip strength after thermal cycling, experimental study on bamboo reason, experimertal study on repair of broken wire, experimental study on different flow temperature, different temperature line clip of the test temperature contrast interior, experimental study on change of temperature, experimental study on corona from the practical point of view; At last, this paper summarizes the experiment results and give the outlook of the development prospect of this wire.According to the result of study, we gets the advantage of ACCC such as this wire has a small amount of expansion and the warpage is not obvious when the outer annealed aluminum wire has the broken strand and so on, and we deeply understand the operational parameters of this wire such as the operating temperature of conductor should not exceed 160℃, only can operate at N-1 stats and so on. Meanwhile, we creatively discovery the ACCC has bamboo phenomenon from the study, and these results lay the foundation for the future research. |
