With the constant development of the industry in China, the application of detecting devices has become widespread. At the same time, the requirements of detecting devices are increasingly strict. Questions such as how to recognize problems before the breakdown of the detected objects and effectively prevent the problems from expansion as well as whether the detecting devices conform to the development of green environmental protection have attracted wide attention.The pipeline China is utilizing has many different hidden dangers. The great loss caused by explosion and deflagration resulting from pipeline break has attracted great attention of the relevant departments. Currently, the popular detecting devices applied to pipeline include ultrasonic, X-ray and leakage flux but they all have their own flaws and the metal magnetic memory detecting approach can preciously make up these flaws. And this approach itself is referred to as green lossless detecting technology which causes no pollution.This project concerns the design of hardware and software of detecting devices, with LINUX as the operating system and LED as the presentation of real time curve by Qt, and finally concludes the practical results of detecting devices and verifies the operability of detecting devices.
