In this paper, we mainly study based on EMS and WAMS grid abnormal state feature acquisition and emergency regulation characteristics of mining, with mature technology of numerical simulation grid sustained vibration of emergency dispatchers control and sustained oscillation of power grid emergency dispatchers control technology is proposed.This paper analyzes two algorithms of low frequency oscillation of power system:Prony algorithm and Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT). Based on the comparative analysis results, using Prony algorithm, the PMU measurement of power system related electrical quantities, can realize the on-line monitoring of power system oscillation, recognition and calculation of power system oscillation modes, and oscillation strong correlation generators, and judge the oscillation center.And then, the auxiliary decision-making of small disturbances in power system continuous oscillation is presented.. The power system operation mode is combined with the power system operation mode, and the output adjustment of generator is calculated when the power system has small interference.. According to the mode information, the output direction of different groups is calculated, and the participating factors are used as the control indexes, and the sensitivity of the unit is not calculated.. This method can make one mode worse to another mode no longer, and can improve the small disturbance of power system.. Simulation results confirm that the method is available. In the other, the control and decision technology of the forced power oscillation based on the disturbance source localization and the settlement column is proposed.. Combined with forced oscillation disturbance source solution column characteristics, put forward two kinds of methods:grid, such as the existence of the hair for the balance of the actual partitioning, the solution sequence disturbance source region; section adjustment rule selection based on graph theory, to determine if section solution column.At last, the key technology is analyzed for the low frequency oscillation from the DC power support, and a power support line selection scheme is proposed.. Firstly, through specific examples and Simulation of multi DC system in a single DC circuit and a plurality of line DC power support effect on the damping system, put forward according to the power transfer distribution factor to select the size of the implementation of the power support for the DC line. Finally the DC power support involved in the support time, support and control key technologies such as the analysis and simulation.
