The Research On SVPWM Control Strategy Of Z Source Inverter

Traditional voltage source inverter is buck model and must include dead time when it work,While, Z source inverter can realize buck-boost voltage change which cannot be realized in traditional inverter. These advantage make Z source widely applied in the field of new energy power.Firstly, the paper introduces the research background and development situation of Z source inverter. Contrast the traditional inverter, this article depict different topology structure and their characteristics. Likely, current continuous Z source inverter, capacitor voltage reduction Z source inverter, the enhanced Z source inverter,etc.Secondly, the paper summarize several kinds of control strategies in Z source. For example, simple boost control, maximum boost voltage control, and space vector modulation,etc. This paper contrasts these strategies between boosting capacity and decrease the Z source capacitance voltage.The article selects one method that can reduce the capacitor voltage in the Z source inverter, using space vector modulation to affect the three phase bridge arm, contrasting the difference between traditional space vector modulation and modify space vector modulation in the form of load voltage waveform and dc voltage utilization. The paper verify the feasibility of the Z source inverter space vector modulation by simulation.Finally, in order to promote the efficiency of the system and reduce the cost of the system, the paper have designed the parameters include capacitor, conductor, diode and ac filter in traditional state and shoot through state. These characteristics affect the stability of the system.Lastly,the paper designs the hardware and software model analysis by DSP.
