With the improvement of high-speed train speed,the aerodynamic effects become more prominent.The high-speed train in strong wind environment running at a high speed,The safe operation of aerodynamic performances and stability are undergo yet more changes,and then increase the possibility of rollover or derail.so that,we shuould have further study about train run under high speed.And take effective measures to provide the basis about train safety.Firstly,based on the Prineiple of CFD(computational fluid dynamies), use FLUENT establish high-speed train aerodynamics model,simulat to high-speed trains under the wind environment of external flow field.Analysis the law of the high-speed train surface pressure distribution and the characteristic of the body.Analysis the head of the high speed train, the middle and the tail about the law of aerodynamics load along with the change of wind speed, the speed and direction angle. Research shows that with the increase of wind speed and the car speed,by aerodynamic loads significantly increased,change in head car greater than middle and trail car.Therefore, it can be thought of,under wind environment, the performance of aerodynamic depend on head car.On the basis,utilize UDF simulate gust model,to analysis different aerodynamic of wind model. Research shows that,aerodynamic performance change as the change of wind model,show the time sensitive and after the wind, the wake have impact on high-speed trains. With the increase of wind speed, the wake effect time increasing, the maximum wind speed of 5 m/s wind, wake at around 10 s disappear,For the maximum wind speed of 30 m/s wind, the wake at about 14.2s.Base on multi-body dynamics theory,use SIMPACK,perform dynamic model of head car,then loads aerodynamic load results to system dynamics model,analysis the operation of the high-speed train security features under wind environment.Through the simulation calculation,we receive rusults about the safety performance index.researches show that safety performance index increase with the increase of wind speed and vehicle speed,on the other word,result in weak security loss.When the wind direction Angle is 90°,the safety is the biggest.According to the vehicle test specifications of safety in operation when train run under different conditinos,analysis train run at a biggest speed under strong wind environment. High-speed trains in the wind speed is 28m/s wind area,allowing a maximum speed of 200km/h; High-speed trains in the wind speed is 18m/s wind area,allowing a maximum speed of 350km/h;This work can provide a basis for train run at a high speed under wind environment has important implications and application value for our train run under wind environment.
