By analyzing the computing result theoretically. Author finds out how the pressure of the train distributes in the wind, knows how the important parameter changes of air side force, air overturning moment and air yawing moment in the high wind. It is the main dynamics reason that air overturning moment and buoyancy makes the high-speed train easily overturned. We build the wind-break wall to protect the train and know the analysis of aerodynamic characteristics of the train in the different kinds of porosity of wind-break wall and conclude how the important parameter changes by the porosity of wind-break wall. At last, author concludes the best porosity of wind-break to protect the train.The work finds a new way to protect the high-speed train in the high wind and finds theory of the design of the wind-break wall, must have important practical significance.
