Accelerating in recent years, China’s economic development speed, the coal supply tensions, our country many coal-fired power plants burning is not design in the normal production of coal, but a lot of the inferior coal slime with other even mixed combustion of coal. Theoretically, if the blending coal to choose appropriate, reasonable matching, a range of coal power plants will have greater, for the economic and safe operation of the boiler to provide efficient safeguard. On the contrary, if the proportion of blending is not appropriate, not only can reduce the economic operation of the boiler, at the same time, is likely to threaten the boiler running safety. Therefore, the mixed coal blending optimization analysis of the boiler, improve safety and economy of coal-fired power plants is very important.This paper mainly expounds the Huaneng Shangan Power Plant two sets of 330 MW subcritical boiler mixed burning of non-designed coal mixed coal combustion process research and implementation of optimal operation of online guidance system. Scientific management and optimizing the proportion of mixed coal combustion to achieve, to reduce the blindness of blending operations, reducing the emergence of mixed coal combustion rate of the fault, the power on test to determine the disadvantages of mixed coal combustion ratio, ensure the unit in determining the load stable and optimal operation, to meet the needs of the power plant mixed coal combustion.In this article, a multi-blended coal blending system to optimize the development of the situation, in order to adapt to changing market coal fuel from coal, and find the best efficiency of the boiler to run for different coal(calorific value, volatile matter) under the change of fuel procurement, blending to provide a reference, conduct boiler efficiency optimization tests. Calculation and analysis unit at different calorific value of coal-powered fuel characteristics. Determine the best method of introduction into the furnace of coal calorific value, find the calorific value of the second phase units and unit fuel costs mathematical relationship; under specific weighting calorific value coal field, to determine the optimal phase actual calorific value of coal into the furnace; find two unit calorific value and unit fuel costs mathematical relationship; find the best monthly purchase two boilers heat value. Finally, according to the expected load blending is achieved.
