| The development of biomass gasification technology has important significance for the adjustment of China’s energy. the ash and tar formed in the gasification process affects the efficiency of gasification. And tar deposition affects the normal operation of the gasification equipment. the tar removal of biomass gasification technology is the key to the development of the "bottleneck". As a result, the research of tar removal in biomass gasification process, has positive significance to the application of biomass gasification technology.Domestic and foreign research on the issue of gas tar removal more focused on thermal chemical analysis, purification technology and other fields, in the aspect of simulation experiment platform design is still less. In this paper based on the analysis and summary of the impact factors of the tar and removal methods.Using the method of biomass gasification tar in furnace and furnace outside combined removal,establish the LSSVM(the least square supporting vector machine) models based on differential evolution strategy of tar removal in furnace and furnace outside according to the experimental data in block gasification. On the basis of the models of tar removal, design respectively the multi-objective optimization objective functions in biomass gasifier tar removal process of furnace inside and in tar catalytic cracking process of furnace outside. And use a kind of improved hybrid parallel differential evolution algorithm of the population, which can balance the local search capability and global search capability. And then the Pareto-optimal solutions were gained after optimization.Finally, simulation experiment platform for tar removal in the biomass gasification process was designed by the GUI in MATLAB in this paper. The platform’s calculation result of the operation is simple, intuitive and clear. This system will realize simulation and parameter optimization of tar removal in the biomass gasification process under complex working conditions. The platform can provide decision support for users. Finally, a simulated was given to prove the platform practical. |
