As the increasement of number and area of economic development zone in China, more and more high-tech enterprises require the economic development zone to provide quality and reliable electricity to ensure the safety of production and product quality. Power supply quality is the reflection of the technical equipment and management level of the power supply company, and it’s also an important index to value the status of the power and distribution network and the power supply quality. To improve the power supply quality and the power environment of the economic development zone, in this article, the author set the 110 kV substation of BOE Technology in Yizhuang technical economic development zone as the major object of study. Analyzed the current situation of power quality and the requirements of users, and also power quality coordinate device configuration and control strategy are analyzed.Power quality problems not only have great affection to the safety of power grid and economic operation, but also related to the normal work of the electrical equipment. This paper reviewed the current situation of power quality coordinate device, and introduced the situation of several typical power quality regulators in domestic and foreign countries. Thru the study of the distribution system and classification of electrical equipment of the BOE, and studied the voltage sensitivity of some sensitive equipment, and the voltage sag of the BOE’s distribution system were evaluated. According to the parameters of the distribution network of the BOE, ground fault and harmonic problems were analyzed by simulation. In order to meet the different power quality demand of the customers, this article classified the user of 110 kV substation of BOE as three power supply quality service level. Researched the BOE reconstruct the configuration scheme of power distribution system and apply power quality comprehensive improvement scheme, and also analyzed and compared various schemes. Finally, through the simulation analysis, verified the power quality comprehensive treatment scheme and the feasibility and effectiveness of coordination control strategy of power quality coordinate device.
