Application And Equipment Supervision Of High-voltage Frequency Converter In Power Plant

With the increasingly fierce competition in the electricity market and the increasing emphasis on energy conservation and pollutant emission reduction,the demand for energy saving technology is also increasing.Because of the rapid development of the power electronic technology and computer control technology,frequency converter such as the ideal speed control technology,in power plant,air blower,water pumps and other important auxiliary equipment has been widely used for the power plant energy consumption,improve economic efficiency,reduce equipment impact,reduce the failure rate of the equipment plays an important role.Based on the analysis of the actual effect of high voltage inverter in the power plant application,and the key problems of application effects,this paper puts forward the necessity of the implementation of equipment supervision in the application of high voltage inverter in the project.According to the characteristics of high voltage inverter in the power plant application project,put forward the process of complete sets of equipment supervision in investment decision-making,quality control,safety management should be the supervision focus,starting from the specific problems of applicability,reliability,energy saving and financial analysis of the investment decision-making process analysis of high voltage inverter.For the design,procurement,manufacture,installation and commissioning of the high voltage inverter,the specific application of the equipment supervision technology,such as the scope,object,content and principle of the whole process quality control,is put forward.Combined with the safety management of power plant,this paper analyzes the dangerous points during the installation of the frequency converter,and puts forward some concrete preventive measures.The application of equipment supervision technology in these key problems is analyzed and studied,which is of great significance to control investment risk and improve the engineering quality of equipment and to ensure the construction safety management.The study has played a great role in promoting the equipment supervision industry to a more professional,more detailed division of the direction of development.
