Large thermal power especially the ultra-supercritical units is developing rapidly, which have lower fuel consumption rate, the larger unit capacity,good reliability and so on.With the rapid development of power industry and grid scheduling increasing degree of automation,large-scale thermal power units needs to run the automatic generation control.Therefore, in order to ensure that the response unit on the grid load changes,we need to do the further research and optimization on the load control system.This article first analyzes the load control of ultra-supercritical unit,which has the characteristics including large inertia,long delay and strong coupling,nonlinear characteristics.Given the experimental modeling process of the load control system is a complex optimization problem which needs to identify the variables of multidimensional,the article takes a optimization algorithm which improves the standard PSO algorithm, the improved algorithm has better convergence rate also has better global search capability.This has laid a good foundation for the modeling experiments behind. In the next work, according to the general method of modeling experiments and with the use of the improved PSO algorithm,this article obtains the transfer function and verify the validity of the request transfer function model with the use of other data and identification data.In the end,this article designs a control scheme which combines the control and the decoupling,and uses the feedforward compensation in the boiler main control.What’s more,the article optimizes the parameters of the controller with the improved PSO algorithm.
