The winding inter-turn short circuit fault in DFIG has great impact on the safety and stability operation of the generator and wind power systems.If the incipient faults of the windings can be detected timely, we can perform predictive maintenance,and reduce maintenance cost effectively.Therefore,the analysis of the internal fault mechanism of DFIG and giving corresponding detection method have a very important significance.This paper calculates the winding inductance parameters of the DFIG when it is in interturn short circuit fault,which is based on multi-loop theory.On the base of the calculated parameters,established mathematical model of the DFIG in interturn short circuit fault.In order to improve the computing speed of computer and save memory space,the coordinate transformation is applied for the mathematical model. Encapsulate the fault mathematical model with S function,and compare it with the model in matlab,and the results of the simulation verify the accuracy of the S function model.Replace the module in the sample program power_wind_dfig_det model with the S function of the DFIG.Compare the alternative sample program with the original sample model when the speed of the wind changes,which can be used to verify the compatibility and effectiveness of the S function model.Through the electromagnetic analysis of the winding interturn short circuit fault,conclude the laws of the characteristics of the signals when the interturn short circuit fault occurs.Simulate the wind power system under interturn short circuit fault in the stator and the rotor respectively.Analysis the signal from the simulation with the adaptive filter technology and the continuous refinement of Fourier technology,the result shows that the extracted characteristic signals are consistent with the theoretical analysis.Conduct the simulation analysis of the winding fault of the DFIG by S function model,and study the dection scheme of the characteristic signals,which provides a new thought for the incipient fault diagnosis and the condition monitoring in DFIG...
