The development of road lays the foundation of a modern city. Ecological service function is the premise of human survival and development. The foundation of a sustainable social and economic is to maintain and protect the ecological system. Therefore, evaluating on comprehensive benefit of urban road ecosystem services function is very necessary. The comprehensive benefit of urban road ecosystem services function not only reflects the intrinsic value, but also reflects the role of the ecosystem in total social capital. Studying it can we providing inspiration and reference on planning, construction and management the urban road landscape. What’s more, it will provide a very important significance for building a people-oriented, natural, scientific and harmonious society.Based on the characteristics and impacts of the urban road landscape and the requirements of the evaluation target, using frequency statistics, theoretical analysis method, AHP analysis and Delphi method, ultimately to build a evaluation system and calculate the index weights. By using methods of market value, replacement, opportunity cost and contingent valuation, the benefits are calculated on ecological service function of Tianxin road. The market value method to calculate the value of the service is by using i-Tree software. Contingent valuation method (CVM) is by the form of a questionnaire survey to make it come true. Specific benefits results are as follows:The evaluation on comprehensive benefit of urban road ecosystem services function has 3 categories (regulating services, support services and cultural services),7 functions (quality regulation, climate regulation, biological control, water conservation, aesthetic values, cultural values and recreational value) and 16 factors (absorption rate of O3, absorption rate of NO2, absorption rate of PM10, absorption rate of SO2, reduction capabilities of noise, absorption rate of CO2, energy efficiency, biodiversity, rainwater retention ability, scientific of landscape, richness of landscape, landscape of unique, richness of culture, characteristics of culture, visibility of culture and recreation of landscape). Compared with related evaluation systems, this system is scientific and credible. And the 16 comprehensive weights of evaluation factors are as follows: absorption rate of O3,0.0403; absorption rate of NO2,0.0582; absorption rate of PM10, 0.0480; absorption rate of SO2,0.0598; reduction capabilities of noise,0.0682; absorption rate of CO2,0.0646; energy efficiency,0.0680; biodiversity,0.1092; rainwater retention ability,0.1290; scientific of landscape,0.0685; richness of landscape,0.0405; landscape of unique,0.0324; richness of culture,0.0293; characteristics of culture,0.0410; visibility of culture 0.0144; recreation of landscape,0.1286.The Tianxin District’s benefits results are as follows:absorbing O3,150.87yuan/a; absorbing NO2,189.58yuan/a; absorbing PM10,4.47yuan/a; absorbing SO2,499.37yuan/a; reducing noise,1441.14×104yuan/a; absorbing CO2,2.12×10 yuan/a; energy efficiency, 15.60×104yuan/a; protecting biological,71.25×104yuan/a; rainwater retention, 17.89×104yuan/a; scientific landscape,201.46×104yuan/a; rich landscape, 261.52x 104yuan/a; unique landscape,334.96×104yuan/a; rich culture,287.95 x 104yuan/a; culture characteristics,316.77×104yuan/a; culture visibility,145.17×10 yuan/a; landscape recreation,474.30×104yuan/a.The total benefit of ecological service function is 3570.21×104yuan/a. The value of unit road area on ecological services is 90201.02yuan/hm2·a. The evaluation value of Tianxin road landscape is 0.559, and the overall ecological structure is irrational. Beacause of the evaluation of regulating services and support services are very weak, selecting proper plants is become very necessary.
