| With the people’s demand increasing, the development of the auto industry promotes all the electronic and intelligent technology of the car. Automotive fuel consumption is the important reference of the diagnosis and analysis of the auto status, so the high precision acquisition for automobile fuel is very necessary.The oil tank measurement requirements of conventional cars is not high, so to match the amount of oil level sensor measurement accuracy is low, oil scale division is not fine, but in recent years, there are some requirements for fine measurement of fuel oil for heavy trucks and other large vehicles, based on this background, designed a high precision measurement system for oil tank, the accuracy of measurement can reach 1% FS. The oil measuring system collects the data of oil with high precision, and transmits the data of oil amount through the CAN bus, and matches the oil scale data of original dashboard, to compatible with existing oil quantity display instrument. New form adopted tongue type dry reed pipe and the resistance network, compared to other liquid level sensor, with low power consumption, high sensitivity, low cost, etc.This system completed the high precision data acquisition for oil amount of heavy cars in real time, data transmission and the main drop tank switch, etc. This paper mainly completed the following contents:1) Analysis the demand of the oil tank of high precision measurement, and design the high precision of oil acquisition system for heavy cars oil tank real-time measurement.2) In order to compatible with existing oil quantity display instrument, the data collected with high precision will be processed, matching the quantity of crude oil meter data, complete the design of matching resistance network.3) Complete the overall system hardware circuit design, including the system power supply module, CAN communication module, matching resistance network module, the main drop tank switch control module and so on.4) Make the CAN application layer SAE J1939 protocol content, and determine the data format in system transmission.5) To complete the system modular software design of each unit.6) To complete the CAN bus data test. |
