High voltage switches are an important part of the transmission system.As the city's requirements for the capacity,power supply quality and reliability of the distribution network increase,it is an inevitable trend for the distribution network to develop into a safe power grid and a smart grid.Therefore,the automation degree of the high-voltage switchgear in the distribution network is required to be increased,and the response speed and stability of the high-voltage switch are also higher.This paper first takes the control system of high-voltage fast switching as the research object.Based on the existing control system,a control system suitable for high-voltage fast switching in the distribution system was developed.And further developed a mechanical-electronic hybrid switch control system.Firstly,according to the actual demand and the functional requirements of the fast high voltage switch,the technical indicators of the high voltage switch control system are given.The design analysis of the control system structure was completed.The design of the overall hardware module of the high voltage switch control system is completed.The controller can mainly realize the functions of storage capacitor charging voltage monitoring,fiber signal receiving,control command analysis,integrated logic processing,high voltage switch position monitoring,working status signal opening,LED indication,thyristor driving and the like.Secondly,according to the functional requirements of the active-standby power conversion system,the technical specifications of the fast-switching control system based on the mechanical-electronic composite technology are given.The structure and system principle of the compound switch,the switching process,the action sequence and the whole structure of the control system are designed and analyzed.On the basis of hardware design of high-voltage fast switching control system,the design of hardware module of mechanical-electronic compound switching control system is further completed.The controller can monitor the voltage of main and standby power supply,monitor the charging voltage of energy storage capacitor,analyze control commands,process integrated logic,LED indication,drive IGBT and SCR.Six EXB841 driving circuits are used in the driving and protecting parts of main power supply and standby power supply electronic switch IGBT.Six driving circuits adopt independent driving power supply to ensure the isolation of three-phase power supply.Finally,the prototype of the above two control systems is made.According to the design principle of the system structure,the experimental scheme is designed for the technical index,working environment and system function of the control system.The control system is tested experimentally,and the analysis of the experimental results is mainly concerned with the target response speed and the realization of system functions.The experimental results show that the two high voltage switching control systems both reduce the response time of the system and realize the system function.
