The existing railway vehicles run with speed sensor in our country, hanging at the bottom of the vehicle and in poor working conditions, the failure rate is high and cost raise. The speed sensorless technology can increase 20% torque,allows miniaturization weight when motor is th same power, improves traction control unit(TCU) reliability, can also be used to monitor the train speed and diagnose faults. At the present, the research on electric locomotive speed sensorless technology has the practical value to the current transmission of EMU.This paper analyzes the development and application of rail transit electric traction AC speed regulation technology、domestic and international speed sensorless technology in the application of EMU and other rail vehicles, analyzes several major speed identification methods and motor speed control system on DSP. According to MRAS theory,in MATLABR2010 b, using Simulink to establish a completed simulation model of speed sensorless vector control system based on MRAS. Simulation analysis SVPWM, the choice problem of speed loop and MRAS estimated speed identification PI regulator parameters, analysis the impact of different PI regulator parameters to control performance and the result of speed identification,analysis the speed sensorless vector control system based on MRAS.Analysis the current wave form、estimate of error between measure speed and estimate speed、torque and flux wave form etc.Design experimental platform based DSPTMS320F2812 and intelligent power module(IPM PS21265) and perform experiments.Analyse the main circuit structure and design parameters, and design a drive isolation circuit protection circuit, the current detection circuit; then accomplish speed sensorless speed control system software processes based on DSP, programming of each module.Debug hardware circuit and carried out software debugging environment under the CCS3.3, experimental results are given. Simulation and experimental waveforms verify this system has good speed control performance.
