With the acceleration of urbanization, Excessive consumption of energy has become one of the important constraints factors of socio-economic development. According to statistics, Energy consumption in the construction industry accounted for almost 40% of total energy consumption. Therefore, Reducing energy consumption of building is important for the control of total energy consumption in the society, This is also an important measure in response to the national "energy saving" claims. Currently, most of the traditional wall materials used in China is poor in insulation. This will causes the amount of energy to dissipate and it is not conducive to reduce the requirements of building energy consumption. Self-insulation sludge ceramic concrete block as a new concrete wall materials. with its light weight, insulation, etc., is received widespread attention. It is not only energy--saving, and affordable, but also has broad market space to use this new wall materials in the hot summer and cold winter areas.This paper is mainly make a optimization design for the raw materials and structure form, the physical and mechanical properties, durability, radiation properties and thermal performance etc. The specific contents of the study are as follows.(1) From the selection of material of the block, the design of block-type (the type of hole, the number of arranging of holes, the thickness of the air between the layer, etc.), the technology of production and other aspects of the research system, we have designed the self-insulation pollution ceramsite concrete blocks which meet the requirements of building energy efficiency in the region.(2) We have studied the relation of the self--insulation sludge ceramic concrete blocks properties, including bulk density, water absorption, moisture content, compressive strength, softening performance, carbonation properties, frost resistance and radioactive energy, etc., and analyzed the characteristics of the various performance.(3) We studied the performance of the self-sludge ceramic concrete block masonry Insulation thermal, calculated the theoretical value of the sludge ceramic concrete block masonry Insulation heat transfer coefficient, tested Insulation sludge since the ceramic concrete heat transfer coefficient blocks, and analyzed and researched its insulation properties, and the results show that since the sludge ceramic Insulation concrete blocks meets requirements of the energy efficiency of the building in the hot summer and cold winter area.(4) We have Used ANSYS finite element analysis software to build a finite element model, analyzed of self-insulation sludge ceramic concrete blocks steady-state temperature field simulation analysis of heat transfer calculations, the simulation value and Masonry thermal test test the results were compared to verify the feasibility of finite element simulation method.(5) Since the comparative analysis of the sludge ceramic concrete block Insulation energy efficiency and economic payback calculation results show that since the sludge ceramic Insulation concrete blocks with energy-saving, high efficiency, good economic performance and short payback period, etc. advantage.
