| Currently, the rigid coaxial helicopters are in the preliminary study stage, many problems yet to be resolved, and build a semi-physical simulation platform which is avery important problem. This article developed a rigid coaxial helicopter to provide afully digital visual simulation platform. At the same time, the analysis of rigid coaxialrotors aerodynamic characteristics for the development of visual platform providesrotorcraft simulation.Firstly, this article established under the vertical movement and forward flightmathematical model of rigid coaxial helicopter, including the establishment of thecoordinate system〠model assumptions〠inflow model〠the upper and lower rotorinterference model rotor〠rotor aerodynamic force and moment calculation modeland the aerodynamic forces and moments of body model. Then aerodynamicmathematical model results with previous experimental data were compared toestablish, the paper describes the mathematical model established with a certainaccuracy.Secondly, by used CFD software to analyze the pitch ratio, torsion angle and thespeed of rise of rigid aerodynamic characteristics of the double rotor shaft, the rotorwill analyze the relevant parameters was provided to the visual simulation platform.Meanwhile, the aerodynamic characteristics of the fuselage were analysis, and withthe fuselage aerodynamic mathematical model were analyzed.Finally, the use of MATLAB to build a mathematical model of rigid coaxialhelicopter, by AC3D software to establish rigid coaxial helicopter three-dimensionalmodel, and the three-dimensional model imported into FlightGear. MATLAB and theestablishment of a joint FlightGear rigid coaxial helicopter full digital visualsimulation platform, and CFD analysis parameters were obtained rotor vertical movement and co-simulation before flying state as model parameters.In summary, this paper established a rigid coaxial helicopter full digitalsimulation platform that provides a basis for further research rigid coaxial helicopter. |
