Research On Water Resource Protection And Water Resource Utilization Of East Lake

The reservoir type water conservancy scenic area which develop rapidly and occupy the largest area is part of water conservancy scenic area, the core landscape of water conservancy projects and natural landscape are primary competitive advantages in growth process. As the strategic water source of Hunan and national scenic spot, East lake is facing opportunities and challenges. The water resource is not also the core landscape resources in the reservoir type water conservancy scenic area but the important guarantee in Easing water crisis in Hunan province, through searching information and field research,we regard a mechanism for ecological compensation、water culture、theory of sustainable development、 systematology and scenic area planning as theoretical guidance which in order to protect water resource environment of East lake and do some research about environmental water landscape design of East lake.The main results were as follows:We put forward the establishment of ecological compensation mechanism that aiming at the status of East Lake which soil erosion is serious pollution、mining、tourism、shipping、 agricultural pollution and living sewage. On the basis of realizing of mechanism for ecological compensation, we analyze the necessity and feasibility of establishing ecological compensation and come up with the construction of East Lake, Environmental ecological compensation mechanism from compensation principles, compensation subject, compensation content and compensation mode that in order to realize the coordinated development of the protection of water resources and economic development in the scenic area scenic spot.As the present situation of the East Lake water conservancy scenic spot is the single form and the lack of cultural connotation of water sources, I put forward the role of water culture introduction, selection and waterscape construction as the breakthrough point of the environmental and water resources utilization, to discuss the water landscape design method based on the summary of the principles and patterns in water culture of environmental water landscape design.From the landscape design of water conservancy projects, Water lake landscape design,regional landscape design and landscape sketch design in four aspects, in conclusion that the countermeasures which are based on water culture of environmental water landscape design.Finally, through the analysis of yellow grass town planning of the scenic spot, we put the countermeasure theory to practice.
