Food packaging is generally used in the outer layer of moisture proof packaging, to ensure the quality of food. Such as outer packaging of a barrel of instant noodles use BOPP film as moisture-proof packaging, and this film use heat sealing for seal.Due to using moisture-proof packaging film thickness is very small, in hot pressing sealing longitudinal seam is easy to appear the deformation and leakage, influence the moisture-proof packaging effect. The sealing mechanism is complicated by hot pressing, and the speed of heat sealing is low.. Recently, the emergence of a plastic film electrostatic sealing method, has been applied to a barrel of instant noodles moisture-proof packaging longitudinal seam sealing connected. The technology has good sealing performance, longitudinal seams smooth and beautiful, sealing mechanism is simple, low energy consumption, efficiency higher merit. However, there are few studies on the electrostatic sealing technology of plastic film at home and abroad, so the research on the electrostatic sealing technology of plastic film is carried out..This paper use physics, electromagnetism, quantum physics as theoretical basis, taking CM-20model electrostatic generator of SE-5700A-BX model bottled instant noodles moisture shrink packaging machine as the research object. Research on mechanism of plastic film electrostatic sealing in electrostatic sealing process.Establish plastic film at the joint mathematics model for static electricity, analysis of the impact of the lap joints of the static power of the size of the main factors; combined packing machine working parameters, calculation of barrel of instant noodles moisture-proof packaging longitudinal seam between the thin film of static electricity. Experimental results show that plastic film static electricity attenuation curve with MATLAB simulation, get the plastic film static power attenuation curve coincide, so that the plastic film static power attenuation law analysis is correct.
