| Along with the increasingly severe problems of environmental pollution,the relevant national departments have released the standard,to require that all the coal burning boilers in the fossil power plants shall implement their smoke emission concentration not more than 30mg/Nm3 compulsively.With such basis,the group company has proposed the request on all the subsidiaries in China that,all the units with installed capacity more than 300 MW should meet such ultra low emission standard accordingly.The electrostatic precipitator shall be the necessary auxiliary equipment for fossil power plant,its function shall be to eliminate the dust particles from the smoke emission of boiler,so that to greatly reduce the smoke and dust emission to the atmosphere,it shall be very important environmental protection equipment.The low-low temperature precipitator was designed or reconstructed for adapting to the changed smoke property after the recent reconstruction of boiler’s ultra low temperature fuel economizer,accompanied with the emergency of other technologies such as power supply etc,to improve the operation efficiency of precipitator accordingly.Reference for the techniques of low-low temperature electric precipitator and through the application of low temperature fuel economizer and electric precipitation power supply technologies and the maintenance work on electrostatic precipitator main body,the smoke and dust emission concentration at the exit of electrostatic precipitator in unit 2 of Shangdu power plant has been reduced from 82mg/Nm3 to 27.74 mg/Nm3(under the working condition without the participation of low temperature fuel economizer)and 20.60 mg/Nm3(under the working condition with the participation of low temperature fuel economizer)respectively,the reconstruction effect shall be very obvious.The key work of the transformation is to replace and optimize the dust collector power supply.Through the investigation and analysis,the power transformation plan that the first,second,and third electric field small district are merged,using imported high frequency power supply and fourth and fifth electric field division are not changed with the transformation of a single half-wave power supply controller is determined.If the fourth and fifth electric field can not meet the emission requirements after the replacement of the controller,it will be replaced by the pulse power.The application methods and use of the effect of the pulse power under the conditions of the resistance of dust is explored.In this paper,besides to carry out the feasibility analysis,plan determination,engineering construction,data analysis on the whole reconstruction process of electric precipitator and summarize the method to improveoperation efficiency of electric precipitator,put forward the issues and solutions that should be paid attention to during the reconstruction on the low temperature dust remover,find out the solutions which are economical and reliable on techniques,and promote them continually. |
