LED lighting developed rapidly, due to the advantage, LED lamps have become the fourth generation lighting source.LED has so large market capacity.Governments strongly support the development of LED for the energy saving.All enterprises of LED want to grasp the chance. LED light-emitting mechanism of electroluminescence, which converts electrical energy into light energy directly. Compared with the traditional lighting, LED light-emitting principle has essentially different, so the test method of traditional lamps and lanterns is not accurate to the LED lamp testing. Development of modern industry and market badly needed the improvement of the testing standards. Parameters of LED photoelectric testing method is very necessary, however, nowadays the methods of international advanced test labs are also using the traditional light source test methods.The progress of testing standards for LED is ineffective to the LED lighting technology. It needs to be further develop to adapt to the requirements of industrial advance. The research mainly focus on the test of the optical parameters of LED lamps,however, the electrical parameters are also important as LED lamps into circuit。This paper focuses on accurate measurement of electric parameters of low power LED lights. Through the variable control method, the power analyzer system. Analysis of the characteristics about the LED in the circuit. Ultimately determine the influencing factors of accurately measuring the electrical parameters, there are mainly several aspects such as the line impedance, harmonic measurement. And explain the cause of the differences between other standard laboratory measurements and ours. So as to improving existing measurement system to test more accurate.
