Research On The Theory And Practice Of Multiple Unit Train Maintenance Work

With the development of high-speed railway, the multiple unit train demand is bigger and bigger. As a large number of multiple unit train running, the requirement of the running safety and service quality is higher and higher. Therefore, reliable maintenance is particularly important.Through decades of development, both at home and abroad, there has formed a mature system of the basic theory of overhaul and maintenance system, and under the guidance of theory and system, we has carried out a series of maintenance operations to ensured the safe and stable operation of the multiple unit train. With the development of the society, under the guidance of the current theories and maintenance system, to find out a suitable maintenance method of maintenance operations in our country is very important.This paper through to studies the basic theory of locomotive vehicle maintenance and repair system both at home and abroad, determines the multiple unit train maintenance in our country should adopt to combined with three ways of advantages of the regular maintenance, the condition-based maintenance and the corrective maintenance. Through the study about the present situation of multiple unit train maintenance in our country, points out the problems, and optimized design from five aspects. Through the practice has proved that it can be effectively solve the difficult problems of field application maintenance and improve the quality of multiple unit train maintenance, to ensure that the multiple unit train safe and orderly operation.
