With the improvement of modern production level,the manufacturing system becomes more flexible,intelligent and complicated.For the manufacturing enterprises,the technical requirements for maintenance are increasing,and the quality requirements for the production and processing of products is also increasing.The manufacturing enterprises are confronted an issue that how to ensure and improve the manufacturing system to produce high-quality products.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the reliability index which can effectively evaluate the quality of manufacturing products.This paper takes multiple-unit serial system as the object,studying on the quality integrated reliability modeling and the dynamic opportunity maintenance strategy based on cost saving method.The research mainly focuses on the following parts: Firstly,based on the theory of product quality affected by the stations’ components,a two-way influence mechanism of the product quality and the stations’ components is analyzed.And an interaction model of product quality and stations’ components is established.Secondly,based on the interaction model,a quality integrated reliability model is established,considering imperfect maintenance.Thirdly,in order to obtain the optimal maintenance interval of the station,a station level maintenance model is established based on the quality integrated reliability model.Finally,to obtain the optimal maintenance scheme for manufacturing system,a system level opportunistic maintenance model is established based on the cost savings.And the validity of the model is analyzed by numerical analysis.The research work can be applied to assess the production capability of manufacturing system and help to construct an effective maintenance scheme that can improve system’s reliability,reduce maintenance cost and enhance enterprise competiveness.
