Chinese traditional architecture, folk house architecture is the best preserved and most widespread today. In China, there is vast territory, which have the different geographical position, history and culture. That formed a large number of different forms of social consciousness, and the traditional dwellings of the characteristics of folk custom. Their settlements as an important type in the development of the our country folk houses, satisfied production, living and defense function of fort village settlement, which has not to take the attention of the academia yet. At present, in the face of vast vast urban and rural construction, their settlements are declining, which carrying a large amount of historical information and art culture, and there are also gradually disappeared. As a result, the culture and art research of their settlements is very necessary.Based on the specific instance---a wall of the castle as the research object, I will explore the artistic and cultural value of their houses., I analysis, classified and summarized the wall of the castle in the nationwide. At the same time, I will analysis and exploring the aspect of its’ space form, architectural art, humanities landscape,folk customs and business culture, fang in the cultural characteristics such as social and cultural. Interpretation of their architectural culture art characteristics, make up the missing link in the study of Chinese local-style dwelling houses building art, is the research of design art and aesthetics to provide more information, also for work in today’s society many antique buildings to provide more art historical basis.
