The Study On Floodrefuge Relocated Of Kangshan Flood Detention Basin

Flood disaster is one of China’s major natural disasters, serious impact on the safety of people’s life and property losses, which restricts social and economic development. Once the flood comes, it must be immediately transferred only increase casualties and property losses emergency transfer efficiency to be able to minimize the floods. Floodrefuge shift work in the key lies in the selection and optimization of the transfer path of the resettlement area. This paper mainly deals KANGSHAN flood detention basin were studied Floodrefuge relocated problems.
