Study On The Application Of Cold Planning And City Image

The world is a world of color and people’s demand for colors has never stopped. Today Urbanization is speeding up, color planning in urban has gradually become an important issue in development of the city’s image with people’s emphasis on urban development. As early as in the 19 th century, the academic papers about urban colors planning were published. And in the 1970’s, experts and institutions in some countries and regions took urban colors as an important subject of improving urban environment and character. According to various climate condition in different regions, urban colors are also diverse. City expressions also gradually become the topic that cannot be ignored with the acceleration of urbanization. The winter cities as an important part of all kinds of cities, the research on city expressions, namely city’s image, appear imminent.This paper is based on the unique research perspective on urban color planning in winter cities and through the disciplinary-cross method, document analysis method, data access method and examples comparison method. of the comprehensive research methods, this paper analyzes the importance of the color planning of winter cities in city’s image application research from the angles of geography, culture and history affecting color planning of winter cities. It also points out that the research on urban color planning has considerable practical significance on urban development and social progress with the high-speed development on the city.The geographical boundary of this thesis is winter cities. The regional climate and social process in these cities are significantly different from those are in the southern cities. According to the regional features in winter cities, this paper is mainly divided into three parts: the first part induces a series of factors that affect urban color planning in winter cities and judges different colors in different contexts; The second is to find a useful ways to solve urban color planning in winter cities through the longitudinal comparison method and transverse analysis method. The third part is to interpret the metaphors and symbols of the urban colors in urbanization of the winter cities under the CIS theory. This paper closely concerns image spirits to measure the value of the colors and avoids separating colors from cities. The paper with simple construction aims to make further study on urban color planning and sums up the system of the interaction between colors and urbanization. It also try to establish a new way to think urban color planning and make it greatly helpful in solving city images of winter cities.
