Abstract:In recent years, the advantages of saving energy, long life and others of LED lights have clearly emerged. Combining its features’intelligent network application development is still a vast space. This paper is based on "intelligent LED lighting," which is the Enterprise Innovation Fund project. It consists of high-power LED switching power supply as well as network control system design and development:(1) Taking high-power LED driver power development as the goal, including the driving power supply schematic structure, control solutions, electromagnetic compatibility, reliability and other research. This paper has proposed single power control parameters and intelligent dimming control strategy, as well as the related hardware and software design.(2) Focused on multiple LED driver networking, this paper introduces network topologies, network strategy, data communication protocols and so on. Under the architecture of JenNet-IP wireless technology based on IEEE802.15.4 for networking application, this paper has conducted systematic design and software programming towards illumination control.(3) On power supply modules and networking systems, experiments and design verification are carried out.50W power supply and LED has lighting stability and PF is maintained at 0.94 or more. The driver’s efficiency is about 92%. With the system network, remote dimming control operations and multi-lamp combination of lighting environment, or time-based timing control are achieved.Through experimental analysis and test results, the voltage, current, PF, efficiency and networking strategy have achieved the expected goal. The entire system’s feasibility and basic functions have been verified.
