Research Of Leakage Protection Hierarchical Anage-ment For Rural Low Voltage Power Network

Due to the fire, our annual economic losses which caused by the leakage current reach to several hundred million dollars. Prevent leakage caused by personal electric shock due to ground faults and power line damage or even leaving the fire has become a top priority. Therefore, low-voltage power grid in rural leakage protection rational allocation and monitoring to improve the level of rural low-voltage electricity grid, reducing the low-voltage grid leakage accidents, improve the reliability of the power grid of major significance.The single-phase and three-phase power distribution network leakage current characteristics was analyzed in this paper. According to the characteristics of the leakage current analysis of the basic principles of leakage protection and the rural low-voltage distribution network to each station area as the basic object, a desk area leakage protection uses three configuration introduces a desk area for three leakage protection unit to configure the system. Additionally, the leakage protection monitoring system for all leakage protection monitoring was described in this paper. The leakage protection system for intelligent monitoring leakage protection with a communication function as the basis for Line GPRS communication, aimed at improving the leakage protection operation and maintenance efficiency, and ensure reliability of power supply, low voltage distribution network to enhance intelligence.Finally, based on the Zhejiang Power leakage protection monitoring system which was already in used and have achieved good economic benefits for rural power grid three leakage protection were illustrated.
