| Electrical energy is important and indispensable renewable resource all over the world, it greatly improves the social production and promotes the rapid development of the world economy.With the wide application of electricity,personal electric shock also occurred, in order to attach importance to environmental safety of production and life,many enterprises have ncreased their investment in terms of personal safety and have installed residual current protective devices in the line(it also can be said leakage protection devices at home). Residual current protective devices are based on signal of residual current for action, and promptly cut off the circuit when it reaches a certain value, it is effective to protect the safety of equipments and personnel.Firstly, the development process and research results of leakage protection devices at home and abroad are reviewed, and for performance parameters and national standards of the leakage protection devices,it proposes designable requirement about leakage protection devices against grid of primary protection.Through the elaboration of low-voltage distribution system operation modes and electrical equipment grounding,pointed out the necessity of a drain on the health hazards and install leakage protection.When analyz leakage protection at home and abroad for research and leakage protection of basic working principle, it found the amplitude discriminator action leakage protection exists a dead zone,which is the leakage protection dead.In view of this and have detailed study of a general method to solve the leakage current protection dead zone.Secondly, the mathematical model of its Thevenin equival circuit was established when the power had failure leakage,and have a research about the variation of the signal power,recognition and distribution based on leakage current,it analyzed the calculation method of equivalent leakage current of each phase,and established leakage protection model,presented leakage protection based on residual current variation selected.This method can effectively solve the problem ahout refusing action and malfunction of the leakage protection,and have a detailed analysis of the general method about leakage protection delay judgment.Finally, the hardware and software design of the intelligent protection is based on residual current variation,using MCU as the main component,and complete residual current protection device prototyping design.To study the EMC problems of leakage protection about national standards for electromagnetic compatibility,and propose some specific anti-jamming measures about the leakage protection tests. |
