Wind, photovoltaic and energy storage integrated power system is a new type of new energy comprehensive power generation system. It is based on wind forecasts, illumination forecast and grid electricity needs for scenery storage generation systems each unit panoramic monitor, and then to the whole intelligent optimization, so as to realize the plan tracking, smooth output, load shifting and peak shaving frequency modulation of new energy and other control objectives. Ultimately weaken or resolve the adverse effects brought about by wind power, solar and other new energy generation due to the random, intermittent and anti-peaking characteristics, reducing the impact of large-scale wind power grid on the grid, promoting large-scale of new energy grid.Wind, photovoltaic and energy storage integrated power systems as a very important new power generation system has gradually development in China in recent years. But now post evaluation of new energy power generation is carried out only confined to a single type of power generation projects, did not carry out the post evaluation of wind, photovoltaic and energy storage integrated power systems. There is no full set of index system, evaluation model and method on wind, photovoltaic and energy storage integrated power systems evaluation.Evaluation work is not yet complete.This paper first describes the relevant content of evaluation theory, based on the analysis of wind, photovoltaic and energy storage integrated power systems its own characteristics, the index system was constructed to establish basic principles. According to the different evaluation subjects and evaluation purposes of wind, photovoltaic and energy storage integrated power systems, establishing multi-angle evaluation index system on wind, photovoltaic and energy storage integrated power systems, including the Link evaluation index system, the overall effect evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation index system of small indexs. The main body of Link evaluation index system implementation evaluation is research units and other specialized evaluation agencies, the purpose of evaluation is to wind, photovoltaic and energy storage integrated power systems technology, the economy, social nature among the evaluation of a special aspect. Respectively selected one specific aspects of the overall effect evaluation, small index evaluation and Link evaluation, total three evaluation index system to evaluate. Combined with actual results of examples, discussed the evaluation result between the first phase of the project actual and the second phase of the project predict, to verify the practicability and validity of the evaluation system.
