With the rapid development of clean energy in China and the increasingly serious contradiction between the abandonment of wind and light,how to achieve the win-win situation that is beneficial to the state,the power generation enterprises,the power grid enterprises and the users has become a real problem in front of many scientific researchers.In this thesis,through the use of thermal storage equipment rapid adjustment and storage of large-scale storage of the cold storage and thermal storage load ability,enhance the ability of power consumptive distributed clean energy;by analyzing the economic cost of utilizing the cold storage and thermal storage equipment,the optimal operation method is given,to solve the problem of lack of demand for electricity load and economical efficiency of distributed clean energy output control,a positive cycle can be formed between load growth and wind photovoltaic power consumption,to find a new way for the development of the cold storage and thermal storage technology and grid interaction technology to enhance the utilization of energy efficiency,enhance the stability of the power grid.On the basis of access to relevant literature,the following research results were made:Firstly,the thesis through analyzes the natural landscape resources,introduces the composition and structure of the existing system,the establishment of a distributed clean energy,battery and storage mechanism model of the cold storage and thermal storage equipment,and provide the basis for later reference in optimization control.Secondly,In this thesis,a fuzzy Bias neural network power generation prediction method based on BP is proposed,which is used for the prediction of clean energy and wind and solar power generation.this method is compared with a single power prediction method,the prediction accuracy is higher.The fuzzy neural network and Bias were on the BP neural network with the proposed simulated prediction of scenery power,analyzes the error of predictive fuzzy neural network BP neural network and Bias proposed in wind and solar power generation,the simulation results show that the power generation of the fuzzy neural network Bias proposed the prediction high precision.Thirdly,this thesis fully considers the the cold storage and thermal storage effect,and the safe and stable operation of the equipment under the constraint condition,optimization model is established with the clean energy consumptive system operation cost and distributed power supply fluctuation minimum.On this basis,compared with the traditional particle swarm optimization and tabu particle swarm optimization in the cold storage and thermal storage load consumptive clean energy optimization control in advantages and disadvantages,an optimization method based on Tabu particle swarm is presented,this method can avoid in the process of solving the problem of easy to fall into local optimal solution,has wide application range,unique optimization etc.In summary,the thesis through the analysis of the natural landscape resources,the establishment of a distributed clean energy,battery and storage mechanism model of the cold storage and thermal storage equipment,in the later establishment of economic and reliability optimization model based on particle swarm optimization method based on Tabu,to achieve the use of storage optimization design of the cold storage and thermal storage in distributed power supply.
