The Application Of Virtual Reality Technology In The Electric Power System Of Hangzhou Power Supply Company

VR technology is a virtual reality platform of power system is established, through the power grid from 2D to 3D transformation, makes the grid representation of information more real, rich, specific technology. In this paper, aiming at the existing problems in electric power information system, combined with the actual work experience on implementation framework of application of VR technology in power system, and follow the principle of establishment of electrical power equipment modeling,3D information of CIM model and OCIM-3D model. For different applications, different implementation of the system function, and the processing technology of virtual reality displays when 3D data, five aspects of the application to power system equipment monitoring, line patrol line, power grid planning, simulation training and the electric power marketing. Practical application case by the author at the same time in the power supply company of VR technology, to show the realistic significance of VR technology in the electricity production. At the end of the virtual reality technology possible problems in practical application are analyzed, and the future development prospects. Through the application of VR technology in electric power system, the electric power enterprises generated in the production and management in the process of information with geographic and three-dimensional spatial information of a comprehensive description and display, to achieve visual information representation, thus display, monitoring, analysis and assessment management work of power grid, multi direction to create a power "enterprise cooperative work platform", for the realization of power system towards a higher level of management, planning, decision support and operation control has a great and far-reaching significance.
