| The capacity of a single turbine of Yele Pelton Turbine Power Station is 120 MW. The turbine produced by Alstom of France, and the running time is nearly nine years. Mild cavitation erosion has occurred in both sides of runner blades’ middle ridge. In this paper, digital photogrammetry was used for fast digital measurement of the wheel, reverse engineering was used to creating three-dimensional digital model of the runner and applying the derived runner data to the wheel repair to promote the development of wheel repair technique. Through the introduction of Yele pelton wheel repair process and the actual situation, some repair experience of impulse runner can be proposed. The newly repaired runner after a peak of power(6 months), the unit is in good condition, and parts of the unit under all operating conditions temperature and runout data are normal, repair parts do not have diffusion. In one maintenance period, the newly repaired runner meets the safe and stable operation of the unit. All these work is for providing some repair experience of impulse turbine. |
