In these years, human’s dependence on energy has become stronger and stronger with the improvement of people’s life. The annual growth rate of energy consumption is very striking, so many scholars and the technical personnels try to find the substitutions of traditional energy. Mainly because of the abundant biomass resources in our country,exploring the technology of gasification electricity generationfrom biomass resources has becomeone of the important ways to develop renewable energy technology.Thepaper studied the biomass gasificationcombining “the latest technology”plasma and spouted-fluidized bed reactor. By using the chemical process simulation software ASPEN PLUS, we made the process of biomass gasification and gas electricity generation system. Based on the different gasification agents( air, oxygen, steam-oxygen), the effects of the various influence factors onthe gas composition and gasificationefficiency can be obtained. In addition, the paper showed the software results of electricitygeneration model by using an example equipment gas turbine M701F(50 hz). Besides, the gasification and power system are analyzed in thermodynamics.The main research work is as follow:This topic has carried experimental researches at the normal temperature by plasma spouted-fluidized bed and biomass pyrolysis gasification. Based on two different types distribution board, the test analyzed the performance of spouted-fluidized bed device by means of two ways(smallest speed and maximum bed pressure drop). In the biomass pyrolysis gasification experiment, it explored the influence of different factors on the composition, gas rate, gas production of syngas.Secondly, by use of ASPEN PLUS,a chemical general process software, we simulated the biomass pyrolysis process of plasma spouted-fluidized bed with three kinds of gasification agent(air, oxygen, and steam-oxygen). Respectively, we made a comparative analysis on the sysgas composition, calorific value, gasification efficiency and gas production rate with the change of three factors(pyrolysis temperature, the ratio of equivalent ER and gasification agent’s temperature). Finally, their optimum operating conditions were found.This study also made the simulation of the sysgas electricity generation process with the gas turbine named M701F(50hz). Under the there optimum operating conditions, power output could be obtained. In additional, with the example of oxygen gasification, this paper calculated the energy and exergy parameters(such as energy values, exergy values, energy efficiency and exergy efficiency) by using the energy and exergy analysis method and found that exergy efficiency was lower than its energy dfficiency. Compared with the traditional pyrolysis technology, this gasification exergy efficiency was a little lower because of high temperature and high enthalpy pyrolysis environment. But its exergy efficiency of power generation system was higher due to the special sysnas, which is worthy of research and development. It provided data reference and theoretical basis for industrialization development and promoted the feasibility research on biomass gasification electricity generation of plasma spouted-fluidized bed.The technology of plasma biomass gasificationhas been developed in our country. However, few domestic projects have been the large-scale production because the high construction costof the industrializationdevelopment. The basis data and analysis can be obtained from ASPEN PLUSsimulation software. To a certain extent, the study can make a contribution to promote thedomesticresearch and development of plasma biomass gasification.
