Plasma gasification technology can convert the inorganic matter in MSW into harmless ash and convert the organic matter into synthesis.Plasma gasification technology can convert the inorganic matter in municipal solid waste(MSW)into a small amount of harmless ash and the organic matter into synthesis,and at the same time,the high temperature of the plasma can be completely decomposed dioxin,furan,tar and other harmful substances,which can achieve a "reduction","resource" and "harmless" MSW treatment well.However,MSW plasma gasification has not yet been industrialized in China,and there are few economic feasibility analysis study of MSW plasma gasification project.Therefore,this paper makes a economic feasibility study of the synthesis gas electricity generation of Plasma gasification for 1000t/d municipal solid waste treatment project.This project use the plasma assisted pyrolysis gasification as the gasification method and adopts the gas-steam combined cycle model for synthesis power generation.Based on the net present value method(NPV),in this paper,the municipal solid waste(MSW)disposal price calculation model were established for a 1000t/d municipal solid waste plasma-assisted pyrolysis and power generation plant(basic plant).According to the equipment components and calculation method of cost and profit for waste incineration power plant,the date used in the model such as investment cost,maintenance operation cost,revenues generated by the sale of electrical energy and income of recycling metal and slag were estimated.According to the MSW plasma-assisted pyrolysis gasification process,the power consumption of plasma torch,oxygen production and plant used,power generation and the on-grid energy are calculated.The waste disposal price is calculated when NPV equals to zero.On the basis of the base plant,the calculation model of the waste disposal price of theMSW plasma gasification power generation project which participate in the CDM activity(CDM project)is established,and the carbon emission reduction and the waste disposal price were calculated.The calculation results show that the investment andt operating costs of the basic project are 911.371 million yuan and 113.4 yuan/t.MSW power generation capacity is 493.1kWh/t which can bringing 320.5 yuan/t of electricity sales income and 79.8 yuan/t of recovery Metal,slag income.The investment andt operating costs of theCDM project are 911.637 million yuan and 113.5 yuan / t and the carbon emission reduction is 94440.0 year/etCO2.According to the waste disposal price calculation model,the waste disposal price of the conventional MSW plasma gasification power generation project(basic project)can be calculated as 132.4 yuan /t,and the waste disposal price of MSW plasma gasification power generation project participating in the CDM activity(CDM project)is 96.5 yuan / t.And the analysis of sensitive factors has shown that the investment cost and electricity prices have a great influence of the waste disposal price.When the electricity prices of the base projects and CDM projects are increased to 0.92 yuan / kWh and 0.85 yuan / kWh,the waste disposal fee is 0 yuan/t.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Guangzhou Panyu Huoshaogang landfill,designed to build 100t/d refuse derived fuel(RDF)plasma gasification power generation system,determine the main equipment in the system and calculate the power consumption and cost of the equipment.The waste disposal price of RDF plasma gasification power generation project is 126 yuan/t which is less than MSW plasma gasification power generation project about 6.4 yuan/t.In addition,the on-grid energy of RDF lasma gasification power generation project is 717.2kWh/t more than MSW plasma gasification power generation project.Therefore,he use of RDF gasification power generation not only has a certain economic feasibility,but also has a good development prospects.
