| As EMU only go bogie-shaped portion, by coupling the long-term negative factors using its own structure, environmental corrosion, aging and long-term effects of materials loads, fatigue and unexpected situations, such as attenuation, will inevitably lead to the accumulation of structural damage and resistance to decay, so that in normal operation decreased ability to resist mutation environment, even under extreme circumstances likely to lead to a catastrophic accident, causing very bad social impact.Bogie structural conditions in real-time monitoring and diagnosis and timely collection, processing and analysis of relevant data to reflect the structural performance, while taking some damage assessment of the extent of damage theory diagnostic structure, location and security, effectively predict structural properties of the development trend proposed maintenance decision, and the mutation of early warning. In recent years, structural health monitoring system has become a hot issue of global research. It involves many different research areas, such as data processing, signal analysis, damage diagnosis. At the same time structural health monitoring system visualization, will be the future trend of development, design and development of this paper bogie structural health monitoring system visualization, mainly for the following research aspects.(1) First, the structural health monitoring is studied in depth, and then the relationship of its system architectures is analyzed in detail, finally, the overall architecture of bogie structural health monitoring system is designed, based on the bogie structure and the system function requirements.(2) A visualized structural health monitoring is developed for the high-speed EMU(Electric Multiple Units) bogies, using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008,combined with database management, 3ds Max and OpenSceneGraph(OSG) techniques.(3) A data management system based on SQL Server 2008 is built. The MFC is applied to transmit the data between Visual Studio and SQL Server 2008.A nested relational database is used to store the data information. The data can be stored and queried expediently by this system.(4) The SHM system is applied to a bogie model test, and the data is measured from the bogie to test the system, the results show the system functions work well, it can effectively manage the data visualization and accurately determine damage situation for real-time online monitoring and diagnosis. |
